ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products sold.

This policy applies to all merchandise without exception, including but not limited to:

• Recreational vehicles (ATVs, dirt bikes, go-karts, scooters, and similar units)
• Parts and components
• Accessories
• Apparel
• Equipment
• Outdoor power equipment
• Special order items
• Clearance or discounted items

NO RETURNS FOR BUYER’S REMORSE

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Financial reconsideration
• Spousal disagreement
• Fitment misunderstanding
• Ordering the wrong item
• Failure to research product specifications
• Performance expectations not matching customer preference

Customers are responsible for making informed purchase decisions prior to completing any transaction.

NO RETURNS FOR MISUSE OR CUSTOMER ACTION

We do not accept returns for any reason including, but not limited to:

• Customer misuse
• Improper installation
• Neglect
• Abuse
• Modification
• Alteration
• Racing or competitive use
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to maintain properly
• Damage occurring after delivery

Once a product leaves our premises or is delivered, it is deemed accepted.

INSPECTION REQUIREMENT

Customers must inspect all products at pickup or delivery. Visible shipping damage must be documented immediately.

Failure to note damage at delivery constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition.

DEALER WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Except for the express Warranty of Title below and any applicable manufacturer warranty, all products are sold:

AS IS
WITH ALL FAULTS

Blaze Powersports and Outdoors does not provide any dealer warranty on:

• Chinese-manufactured ATVs
• Dirt bikes
• Go-karts
• Scooters
• Recreational vehicles
• Parts
• Accessories
• Any other products sold

WARRANTY OF TITLE

For all new unit purchases, Blaze Powersports and Outdoors expressly warrants:

• We hold lawful title to the unit sold.
• The unit is free and clear of undisclosed liens or encumbrances at the time of sale.
• We have full legal authority to transfer ownership.

This Warranty of Title applies only to ownership and lien status and does not extend to mechanical condition, durability, performance, or fitness for use.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY (WHEN APPLICABLE)

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

In such cases:

• Coverage is strictly limited to the manufacturer’s written warranty.
• All claims require prior manufacturer approval.
• We honor warranties only to the extent approved by the manufacturer.

We are not responsible for:

• Labor
• Towing
• Fuel
• Shipping
• Diagnostics
• Shop fees
• Removal or installation costs
• Incidental or consequential expenses

All associated costs must be paid by the customer in advance.

If a manufacturer denies coverage, the customer is responsible for all repair costs.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under Louisiana law:

Blaze Powersports and Outdoors shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

Except for the express Warranty of Title above, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted under Louisiana law.

GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Louisiana.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that:

• All sales are final.
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.
• No returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
• The customer has reviewed and agreed to this policy prior to purchase.
