Service Path 1 — Units Purchased From Us

Customers who purchased their unit directly from us receive preferred labor rates.

Labor Rate:
$85.00 per hour + tax (Cash Price)
CC payments add 4%

Required Deposit:
$150.00 Cash
$156.00 (Card) — $150.00 applied toward final bill

Scooter Service Minimum:
Scooter repairs and servicing require a minimum of 2 hours diagnostic labor.

At Drop-Off, Provide:

  • Description of issue
  • How long the unit has been sitting

Service Process:
Your unit will be diagnosed to the best of our ability. Once diagnosis is complete, we will contact you by phone, text, or email with findings, required repairs, and any optional recommendations. No work will be performed without your approval.

If Work Is Declined:
A partial refund of the deposit will be issued after diagnostic charges are applied.

Drop-Off Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

No appointment is required. A work order must be signed at drop-off. Arrangements can be made for after-hours drop-off by appointment. Contact us first.

Customer-Supplied Parts Surcharge:
$25.00 + tax (Cash Price)
CC payments add 4%

This surcharge applies when customers provide their own parts for installation. Store-supplied parts have been pre-tested and evaluated for proper fitment and reliability. Customer-supplied parts typically have not been tested or verified and may be inferior, mispackaged, mislabeled, or previously returned, which increases diagnostic time, labor risk, and the likelihood of improper fit or failure.
