GK-6125-2 125cc Light Blue Go-Kart – Electric Start Off-Road Kart with Remote Kill Switch & Seat Belts
125cc Go-Kart riders looking for a durable off-road kart with safety features and dependable performance will appreciate the GK-6125-2. This model combines a reinforced chassis, automatic drivetrain, and improved suspension to provide a stable and enjoyable off-road driving experience.
The GK-6125-2 is one of the original flagship go-kart designs that helped popularize small recreational dune buggy style karts. Over the years the model has been improved with a stronger frame, reinforced suspension components, and upgraded durability.
Powered by a dependable 125cc single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled engine, the kart delivers smooth power and dependable performance for recreational riding.
The automatic transmission with Forward-Neutral-Reverse allows drivers to easily maneuver without complicated shifting.
The kart includes electric push-button start along with a remote engine kill switch which allows supervising adults to stop the engine remotely.
Additional features such as seat belts, lights, and a horn improve driver safety and visibility during operation.
The GK-6125-2 is available in various colors depending on availability.
Why We Do NOT Sell Pull-Start Go-Karts
There are several reasons why we only sell electric-start go-karts instead of pull-start engines:
- Pull-start engines are often noisy and clanky
- Repeated pull-starting quickly becomes frustrating
- Many use poorly designed throttle systems
- Maintenance can be extremely inconvenient
Some pull-start models require removing the engine from the chassis simply to access the oil drain plug during an oil change.
Yes — it really happens.
Electric-start engines eliminate these problems and provide a much better ownership experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I purchase from Blaze Powersports and Outdoors instead of purchasing a recreational vehicle online?
Blaze Powersports and Outdoors provides more than a boxed product. Every unit is fully assembled, professionally inspected, serviced, adjusted, and thoroughly test-operated before delivery. We explain the controls and maintenance requirements, assist with loading, stock many common parts, provide service after the sale, and remain available when our customers need support.
Why should I trust Blaze Powersports and Outdoors when purchasing a recreational vehicle?
Blaze Powersports and Outdoors has proudly served customers since 1998, specialized in Chinese-built recreational vehicles since 2005, and has proudly sold the Coolster line since 2010. Our experience includes sales, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and parts support for ATVs, dirt bikes, go-karts, scooters, and other recreational vehicles.
Have you sold or serviced recreational vehicle brands other than Coolster?
Yes. Our experience includes Chinese-built brands such as SUNL, TAO, and PEACE, along with service work involving Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and other brands. That hands-on experience is one of the reasons we chose to specialize in the Coolster line beginning in 2010.
Why did you choose to sell the Coolster line?
After working with multiple Chinese-built recreational vehicle brands, we found Coolster to offer the best overall combination of reliability, parts availability, serviceability, and value for our customers. We have proudly sold the Coolster line since 2010.
What is done to my recreational vehicle before I take delivery?
Every recreational vehicle is fully assembled, professionally inspected, serviced, adjusted, and thoroughly test-operated before delivery. Depending on the model, we inspect the steering, brakes, suspension, chain adjustment, fasteners, electrical system, battery, tire pressure, engine operation, carburetor adjustment when necessary, fluid levels, and overall operation. We also provide a walk-around before the unit leaves our dealership.
Why don’t you sell recreational vehicles still in the shipping crate?
Factory-crated recreational vehicles require substantial assembly, inspection, adjustment, servicing, and testing before they are ready for operation. We believe customers are better served by receiving a professionally prepared unit that has been fully assembled and tested before delivery.
Do you deliver recreational vehicles?
No. Blaze Powersports and Outdoors does not deliver recreational vehicles before or after purchase. All units must be picked up at our dealership in Duson, Louisiana. We assist customers with safely loading the purchased unit onto their trailer or suitable transport vehicle.
Do you sell recreational vehicles online?
No. Recreational vehicles are sold through our physical dealership and are strictly for in-store purchase and pickup. We do sell replacement parts online through our separate parts website at https://blazepowersports.com.
What do I need to purchase a recreational vehicle from Blaze Powersports and Outdoors?
The purchaser must be at least 18 years old and present a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card. We also need a telephone number, an optional email address, and a correct mailing address if it differs from the address shown on the identification. After selecting a unit, we prepare the paperwork, obtain the required signatures, process payment, provide copies of the completed documents, perform a walk-around, and assist with loading.
How long does the purchase process usually take after I select a unit?
The purchase and delivery process usually takes approximately 45 minutes to one hour. This allows time to prepare and review the paperwork, complete payment, provide copies of the documents, explain the unit’s operation and maintenance requirements, and assist with loading.
Can I purchase a recreational vehicle as a gift for someone under 18 years old?
Yes. The purchase must be completed by an adult who is at least 18 years old and presents a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card. The adult purchaser is responsible for the paperwork, payment, and compliance with applicable title and registration requirements.
Why are sales tax, title, registration, and documentation fees included in the purchase?
Blaze Powersports and Outdoors is a licensed Louisiana dealer. When applicable, Louisiana law requires us to collect the required taxes and fees and submit the title and registration paperwork to the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles on the purchaser’s behalf. The purchaser receives the title and registration documents from the State of Louisiana.
Do you service and repair the recreational vehicles you sell?
Yes. Blaze Powersports and Outdoors services and repairs recreational vehicles purchased from us. We also provide maintenance guidance, diagnostic assistance, and parts support after the sale.
Do you stock replacement and maintenance parts?
Yes. We stock many commonly needed replacement and maintenance parts for the recreational vehicles we sell. When a required part is not in stock, we can often order it or help identify the correct replacement.
Do you provide support after the sale?
Yes. We continue supporting our customers with service, replacement parts, maintenance guidance, operating information, and educational resources available through our website and YouTube channel.
What maintenance is most important for recreational vehicle longevity?
Routine oil changes, proper chain adjustment and lubrication, a clean air filter, correct tire pressure, battery maintenance, proper storage, fuel-system care, and regular inspection of brakes, fasteners, steering, and suspension components are all important. Maintenance and responsible operation have a major effect on the service life of any recreational vehicle.
How long can a properly maintained Coolster ATV last?
We know of Coolster ATVs that remained in operation after more than 12 years with routine and preventative maintenance. Actual service life depends heavily on maintenance, storage, riding conditions, rider behavior, and responsible adult supervision.
Do you recommend ethanol-free gasoline?
Yes. We recommend 87-octane or higher ethanol-free gasoline whenever it is available. Ethanol-blended fuel can contribute to carburetor and fuel-system problems, especially when a recreational vehicle is stored or not operated regularly.
Can children operate youth recreational vehicles without adult supervision?
No. Youth riders should always be supervised by a responsible adult, use a model appropriate for their age and ability, and wear proper safety equipment. Parents or guardians are responsible for enforcing safe riding practices, speed limits, maintenance, and proper use.
Does this go-kart have reverse?
Yes. The GK-6125-2 includes an automatic transmission with reverse.
Does the kart include a remote kill switch?
Yes. A remote control allows supervising adults to shut the engine off.
Do go-karts require Louisiana registration?
No. Off-road go-karts are not required to be registered with the Louisiana DMV.
Do your recreational vehicles come with a warranty?
No. Blaze Powersports and Outdoors sells its recreational vehicles without a manufacturer’s or dealer warranty, except for the warranty of title required by law where applicable. Through our years of experience, we have found that the long-term condition and reliability of inexpensive recreational vehicles are heavily affected by maintenance, storage, riding conditions, rider behavior, and parental supervision after the unit leaves the dealership. Because those factors are outside our control, we focus on delivering every unit fully assembled, professionally inspected, serviced, adjusted, and thoroughly test-operated before delivery. We remain available after the sale for paid service, replacement parts, maintenance guidance, and technical assistance.
